I know many of you know the Shirley Sherrod story. She was the one who was forced to resign due to Andrew Breitbart posting an excerpt of a speech that Sherrod gave in front of a NAACP group on his website. He said that her speech was of racism. The speech was reviewed and found that it was taken out of context.
It was announced that she plans to sue Breitbart. Rose Sanders, Sherrod's long time attorney, said she did not know when or where the lawsuit would be filed or how much would be sought in damages: "She has to make sure it will be filed in a place where people are just."
